The creative process can be messy, but I like to make it as streamlined as possible.

When developing new website copy, I’ll initiate a quick conversation or request any existing notes that you already have. This is to get a feel for your brand personality. From there, I work with you to perfect the ABOUT page first. I find that this copy acts as a guiding document for all the writing that follows as it clearly outlines the direction and purpose of the company and your message. Once the ABOUT page is sorted, we can then tackle the remaining pages one-by-one.

For shorter pieces of text like headings and taglines I provide you with several options so you can choose what sounds the most correct for your brand and audience.
